Eric Thompson

Eric Thompson, P.E., is a seasoned water resources engineer with extensive experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex projects. Since September 2002, Eric has served as the Team Leader at MSA Professional Services, overseeing a team of seven professionals responsible for various water resources planning and design projects, including stormwater management and floodplain studies. Prior to this, Eric worked at Camp Dresser & McKee from June 2000 to September 2002 as a project engineer and project manager, focusing on major stormwater management and sanitary sewer projects. Eric’s career began at Montgomery Watson Harza from October 1993 to June 2000, where responsibilities included managing significant water resources projects across the United States. Eric earned both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota, completing studies in 1993 and 1991, respectively.
