Hugh O'Rourke has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Hugh started their career in 1988 with the New York City Police Department, where they served as a Deputy Inspector until 2010. Hugh then joined the Air Force Office of Special Investigations in 1995 as a force protection officer, a role they held until 2018. In 2009, O'Rourke joined Michael Stapleton Associates as the Vice President of Operations until 2012. Hugh later worked at MSA Security, first as the Chief Innovation Officer from 2012 to 2014, and then as the Chief Administrative Officer from 2014 until the present (no end date specified).
Hugh O'Rourke's education history begins in 1980 when they attended St. Anthony's High School. Hugh then went on to Manhattan College from 1984 to 1988, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Following this, O'Rourke enrolled at Marist College in 1999 and completed their Master's degree in Public Administration in 2002.
