Brian Porta

Brian Porta has extensive experience in sales and leadership roles, currently serving as Outside Sales for MSC Industrial Supply Co. since October 2007, where notable achievements include being the 2023 Fiscal Year Sid’s Club Winner for ranking in the top 5% of Account Executives and exceeding yearly quotas by 140%. Previous roles within MSC include Solutions Sales Executive, focusing on revenue growth through innovative sales strategies, and Inside Sales Supervisor, where responsibilities encompassed team supervision and associate development. Additionally, Brian has contributed to the community as Treasurer for S1 Civic Group and an Executive Board Member for Waggaman Community Foundation, both non-profit organizations aimed at enhancing the Waggaman area. Prior to MSC, Brian worked as an Outside Sales Representative at Herc Rentals, managing customer relationships to drive revenue growth. Brian holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a Computer Science option from the University of New Orleans.
