Neal Dongre

Neal Dongre is Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for MSC Industrial Supply Co. and leads the company's Legal and Corporate Governance activities.

Neal joined MSC in 2013 as the company's first Technology Counsel, bringing critical experience in intellectual property, data privacy and technology matters. Beginning in 2018, Neal began to assume expanded responsibilities in the Legal Department, first as Director, Senior Counsel & Assistant Corporate Secretary, and then as Vice President, Legal & Assistant Corporate Secretary. Neal took on the role of General Counsel & Corporate Secretary in 2022.

Prior to joining MSC, Neal worked in private practice and later as in-house counsel at a Washington, D.C.-based technology company. Neal graduated from Duke University with bachelor's degrees in computer science and economics. He earned his juris doctorate from the University of Maryland's Francis King Carey School of Law.
