Mohit Kusalkar

Mohit Kusalkar is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and technology recruitment, currently serving as Vice President and India Head of Tech Recruiting at MSCI Inc. since March 2017. Mohit has held various roles at MSCI, including Global Recruitment Manager for Tech Recruiting and Talent Data Governance Lead, and has progressed through the ranks from Analyst to Senior Associate. Prior to MSCI, Mohit worked at Skillventory as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and as a Java Developer at a stealth startup. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in MBA HR and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.
