Fiona Cross

Fiona Cross is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Senior HR, Compensation & Benefits and Operations Manager at MSD Australia & New Zealand since September 2004, Fiona has also held positions including HR Manager and Human Resources Associate at Schering-Plough. Prior to this, Fiona worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at CISRA from February 2003 to September 2004 and as an Admin/HR Admin at CSC from 1997 to 1999. Fiona holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from Western Sydney University, earned between 2001 and 2007.
