Rodger Smith

Rodger Smith is currently the Chief Operations Officer at MSD Lawrence Township, where Rodger manages 21 school facilities in a district of 14,500 students. Rodger also oversees maintenance/custodial operations, the food service department, and the transportation department. Prior to this role, Rodger served as the Director of Operations at Richmond Community Schools for over two decades, where Rodger was responsible for facilities, technology, and transportation. Rodger Smith is a graduate of Ball State University.
