Luke Porter Pe

Luke Porter, PE, is a Civil Engineer currently employed at the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District since November 2022. Previously, Luke served as a Design Engineer at MiTek, focusing on cold-formed steel truss drawings, and held the position of Traffic and Safety Engineer for the Missouri Department of Transportation, managing traffic and safety operations. Alongside engineering roles, Luke has significant military experience in the Air National Guard since August 2012, where responsibilities include maintaining satellite communications and leading teams as a Network Systems Operations Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge. Early career positions include a civil engineering internship with the Federal Aviation Administration and various roles in customer service and construction. Luke holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an Associate’s Degree in Electronic Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
