Donna Lawall

Donna LaWall is an experienced community manager currently overseeing operations at MSI, LLC - MSI HOA since September 2022. With a focus on maintenance, budgeting, and customer service in a fast-paced environment, Donna ensures effective management of southern Colorado communities. Prior to this role, Donna served at Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC from February 2015 to April 2022, progressing through positions including Assistant Executive Director, Assisted Living Administrator, Director of Memory Care, and Transitional Memory Care Program Director. In these roles, responsibilities encompassed day-to-day operations, compliance with policies, staff management, and program development for residents with neurocognitive disorders. Donna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Central Christian College of Kansas and an Associate of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Arlington.
