Brian Boonstra

Brian Boonstra is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical project engineering, currently serving as Principal Project Engineer at viastore SYSTEMS North America since March 2023. Prior roles include Senior Mechanical Project Engineer at Invata Intralogistics, where significant contributions were made to a major project for Burlington, and Wynright Corporation, successfully delivering parcel projects for FedEx and UPS. Brian also has a strong background in mentoring and team management from tenures at Dematic and TGW Systems Inc., where responsibilities included mitigating project risks and managing budgets. Brian began the career in systems engineering and CAD operations, transitioning through various engineering roles since 1996, and holds an Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Grand Rapids Community College.
