Layla Shaaban

Layla Shaaban is a seasoned professional in the fields of program design and development, particularly within reproductive health and HIV/AIDS sectors. With a career spanning over two decades, Layla currently serves as the Director of Programme Design & Development at MSI Reproductive Choices, a position held since September 2010, and previously held various roles including Senior Manager and New Business Development Advisor. Prior experience includes positions at the International HIV/AIDS Alliance and USAID, where Layla focused on program analysis and resource mobilization. Layla began their career as a Labor Analyst at the Bureau of National Affairs (BNA). Educationally, Layla earned a Master of Science in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts in History and French from Indiana University Bloomington.
