Robert Urban has extensive experience in the insurance and claims management sector, currently serving as a Home Office Claims Analyst in the Complex Claims Unit at MSIG Holdings (U.S.A.), Inc. since December 2011. Previously, Robert worked at Crum & Forster for over eleven years, where responsibilities included managing high exposure General Liability claims and oversight of a team handling Auto, General Liability, and Product liability claims. Earlier roles include litigation management for various claims at REM and General Adjustment Bureau, along with positions at Hanover Insurance Company and Continental/UAC focusing on bodily injury claims and New Jersey No-Fault claims, respectively. Robert holds multiple degrees, including an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and an Associate in Claims (AIC) from the Insurance Institute of America, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration/Criminal Justice from William Paterson College.
