Jana Dau

Jana Dau is currently the Head of People & Organization at MSO Digital GmbH & Co. KG. Prior to this, Jana held the position of Head of Corporate Development, Marketing & People at Grow Digital Group. With a background in coaching, training, consulting, and organizational development, Jana has also worked in HR and organizational development roles at various companies such as Felix Schoeller Group and OBI Group Holding. Jana holds a Master of Arts in Erziehungs- und Bildungswissenschaft and a Bachelor of Arts in Erziehungswissenschaft from the University of Münster.
