Fraser Drummond is an experienced project manager with a comprehensive background in engineering and project execution across various high-value projects in the resource sector. Currently serving as Project Manager at Mondium/Lycopodium, Fraser oversees the EPC contract for a Spodumene plant for Talison Lithium. Previously, as Snr Area Project Manager at MSP Engineering Pty Ltd, Fraser managed the Hydromet Area of two Lithium Hydroxide trains, valued at $300 million, and held the role of Senior Project Engineer at WorleyParsons, managing a critical FEED study for the Woodside Karratha Life Extensive Project worth approximately $250 million. Fraser's earlier experience includes leading a team of 170 engineers at Kellog Joint Venture as Design Manager and managing the Marine Package for the Roy Hill Iron Ore Project with a value of $1.1 billion. Fraser's career commenced as Project Manager for Barclay Mowlem on the Thornlie Station project, showcasing a consistent record of delivering complex projects successfully. Fraser holds a B.Sc (Eng) in Physical Metallurgy from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Bachelor of Commerce in Quantitative Management and Economics from UNISA.
