Chris Bartlett, MBM has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Chris is currently the Business Development Manager at MSRcosmos LLC since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Business Solutions Manager at Ledgent from August 2022 to February 2023. At Ledgent, Chris provided support to local businesses and job seekers, fulfilling employment needs and connecting them with the best talent.

Before joining Ledgent, Chris held various roles at The Judge Group. Chris started as a National Account Executive in January 2019, specializing in identifying, recruiting, and placing clinicians and professionals for permanent, contract, or locum tenens engagements. In April 2019, Chris became the Director of Operations, where they managed the profitability of a $3.2M office and provided support and training for both recruiters and sales teams. Chris also created and implemented new ideas and trends for the company.

In 2021, Chris worked as a Senior Account Executive at DrWanted, focusing on providing exceptional customer experience by connecting clients with healthcare practitioners who were the best fit for them. Prior to that, they were an Account Executive at LocumTenens.com from July 2017 to December 2018, where they specialized in medical staffing for in-patient facilities.

Chris started their career as the Head of Research at Pinnacle Search Partners LLC from August 2016 to June 2017.

Subsequently, Chris pursued Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Management, with a focus on Global Business Management, at the University of Alabama, Manderson Graduate School of Business.
