Shahana Koussa

Shahana Koussa is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Group Finance Director and Interim Group Financial Controller at MSS Products Ltd. since June 2023. Previously, Shahana held the position of Group Financial Controller at Epos Now, overseeing comprehensive finance operations, reporting, and compliance from November 2021 to June 2023. From January 2020 to October 2021, Shahana was the Head of Financial Reporting at Together, managing the financial reporting for 36 companies. Earlier in the career, Shahana spent over thirteen years at McBride, culminating in the role of Senior Group Financial Reporting Manager, responsible for financial control across 17 European entities. Shahana began the career as an Audit Manager at Wilkins Kennedy after earning a Master of Arts in International Finance from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Mauritius. Additional qualifications include ICAEW certification, obtained between 2002 and 2005.
