Himanshu Dhamesha

Himanshu Dhamesha has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Himanshu currently holds the position of Regional Sales Director - International Markets at MSX International, where they are responsible for achieving sales objectives in various countries. Prior to this role, they were the Director of BPO and Skillsource at MSX International, where they managed two business units and oversaw the setup and operation of BPO operations and a subsidiary company providing manpower and training solutions.

Before joining MSX International, Himanshu was the Founder and Business Head of Skillsource Learning and Technologies Pvt. Ltd, an equity joint venture of Sewells-MSXI and NSDC, for seven years. Himanshu also worked as the Business Head at Sewells MSXI, where they created a new vertical for technical services and led vocational education business. Himanshu started their career at Ford Motor Company, where they held various managerial roles, including Operations management of captive BPO, Manager of Marketing Sales and Service, Regional Sales Manager, and Quality Care Manager.

Himanshu also gained experience at Tata Motors as a CSE, managing field service operations and leading service quality improvement programs. Additionally, Himanshu worked at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. as a Sr. Service Officer and at John oil and Gas Limited as an Assistant Rig In charge. Himanshu's extensive experience includes expertise in sales, operations management, business development, and service quality improvement.

Himanshu Dhamesha completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Administration and Management from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2006.
