Marcie Vassallo is a seasoned executive recruitment professional with extensive experience in the banking and information technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Director of Executive Recruitment, Sourcing and Operations at M&T Bank since March 2004, Marcie leads recruitment efforts for a community-focused banking institution that operates in multiple states. Prior to this role, Marcie worked as Recruitment Manager at CTG, Inc., an international IT consulting firm, from March 1993 to February 2003, and as an Executive Placement Recruiter at Management Recruiters International from 1992 to 1993.
