Mark Whelan

Mark Whelan is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in commercial real estate and capital markets. Currently serving as Vice President at M&T Bank since May 2020, Mark previously held a similar position at People's United Bank from May 2020 to May 2022, following the bank's acquisition by M&T Bank. Mark's career includes significant roles such as Vice President at NorthMarq Capital, where $135 million in debt and equity transactions were facilitated, and Managing Director at Fantini & Gorga, where transactions were sourced for a diverse range of capital sources.
