Sophie Collett

Sophie Collett is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital business management and strategic transformation. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Senior Vice President at M&T Bank since October 2022, Sophie plays a key role in the integration of digital products following the acquisition of People's United Bank. Prior to this, Sophie was the Senior Digital Products Engagement Manager at People's United Bank, managing digital integration and customer communications during the acquisition. Sophie's previous roles include managing strategic and digital transformation projects at Elixirr and leading community initiatives at Marks and Spencer. Sophie holds an International Management Intensive Course from ESCP Business School, a Bachelor of Law and French from the University of Birmingham, and a Diploma of French Law from Université Bordeaux IV.
