Andrew R. Flynn

Andrew R. Flynn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in municipal finance and product management. Currently serving as Managing Director at California Municipal Advisors LLC since January 2021, Flynn also holds the position of Commissioner at Mt. Lebanon Municipality from January 2020. Prior to these roles, Flynn founded Aquorn, Inc. and served on its Board from November 2015 to December 2020. Flynn’s background includes significant positions at BNY Mellon, where responsibilities encompassed leading various business architecture and public finance products, as well as serving as Chief Administrative Officer. Earlier career experiences include impactful roles at Sympro Inc., Public Financial Management, and Ruesch International. Flynn holds a Wharton Certificate from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and History from Kent State University, complemented by a Certificate in Russian Studies from Volgograd State University.
