Tiffany Barnes

Tiffany Barnes, MSW, currently serves as the Verification of Benefits Manager at Mt. Sinai Wellness Center since December 2020. Prior to this role, Tiffany held various positions at Foundations Recovery Network, including Benefit Analyst Manager and Interim Manager of the Benefit Analyst Team, with experience as a Benefit Analyst Clinician. Tiffany's early career included a Clinical Social Work Internship at Behavioral HealthCare Center at Martin, conducting group therapy sessions and completing psychosocial assessments. Tiffany also interned at TN Quality Homecare and Hospice, where support was provided to patients and families during end-of-life stages. Tiffany began professional development as a Resident Assistant at the University of Tennessee at Martin. Tiffany earned a Master’s degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Tennessee at Martin, following an academic foundation at Franklin Road Christian School.
