Harold E. Flenoy II

Harold E. Flenoy II serves as the Chief of Staff (Director II) in the Office of Finance at the Texas Education Agency since April 2022, bringing extensive experience in fiscal management and leadership. At Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Harold has contributed as an Associate Minister since February 2003, leading the Mid-Week ReFuel Service and teaching Young Adult Bible Study. Previously, Harold held several key positions, including Supervisor at the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, where responsibilities included directing information security and strategic operations, and Senior Administrative Manager at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, managing fiscal and human resources matters.
