Shawndell E. Young

Shawndell E. Young, MBA, currently serves as the Learning Commons Program Coordinator at Coe College since January 2022. Concurrently, Shawndell is the President and Artistic Director of YoungCo. Entertainment LLC, co-founded in January 2018. As the Associate Minister of Music at Mt. Zion Baptist Church since January 2017, Shawndell oversees three church choirs and assists with weekly music ministry programming. Previously, a Production Manager and Quality Food Safety Manager at PepsiCo from May 2020 to January 2022, Shawndell also held the role of Head Resident at Elmhurst College's Office of Housing and Residence Life from August 2019 to May 2020. Shawndell E. Young is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Community College Leadership at Morgan State University and holds an MBA in Finance and Managerial Leadership and a BM in Music Business from Elmhurst University.
