Katie Marshall, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), has extensive experience in talent management and acquisition, currently serving as a Talent Management Business Partner at MTC since September 2017. In this role, Katie leads the delivery of talent and attraction strategies, focusing on learning & development and employee engagement. Previously, Katie held several positions within MTC, including Talent Acquisition Business Partner and Career Pathways and Talent Manager, where key initiatives were developed to align with the organization's People Strategy. Prior to MTC, Katie worked at CPM UK as an Internal Recruiter for field sales positions and at Pluris as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in luxury retail roles. Katie's career began at GreenThumb Ltd, where initial experience was gained in scheduling and administration.
