Stu Myles

Stu Myles is an experienced leader in corporate governance and finance, currently serving as the Deputy Board Chair, Chair of the Credit Committee, and Director at MTF Finance since March 2020, as well as a Director at The Lending People since March 2023. Myles has held the position of Board Chair and Director at Nova Trust (AOD Services) since 2011 and has owned and directed Myles & Fairhall Ltd since August 2009. Previous roles include Directorships at Myles & Collins Ltd and Motor Trade Finance Ltd, where Myles was also Chair of the Franchise Advisory Council. Myles was the Founding Chairman of OC Trustee Ltd from 2011 to 2015 and served as Chairman of the Joint Research Committee at Wrightson Ltd & Genesis Research & Development Corporation from 2000 to 2002. Education includes being a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand and completing the Company Directors Course focusing on governance best practices.
