David joined mthree in 2015. His hire in an operational role was absolutely key to the business, in building the processes, governance, policies and procedures that are essential in a high-growth business. David has nearly 15 years’ experience in the staffing sector having held roles in recruitment, sales and account management – including delivering 188% growth whilst Account Manager for UBS. He knows the end to end processes in our industry and has expertise in defining, creating and implementing robust and scalable operational standards and policies to drive process efficiency.
