Rebecca Roycroft

Rebecca Roycroft is the Client Services Director at MThree. Rebecca has over 20 years of experience in recruitment and outsourcing, with a focus on delivering projects and programmes across Europe.

In their previous role as Client Services Director at Wiley Edge, Rebecca was responsible for managing contingent workers and entire recruitment functions. Rebecca has also delivered Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Service Programmes (MSP) to clients.

Rebecca is an award-winning supplier of Contract Management & Payroll Services and has run programmes across the UK, Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Germany.

Rebecca Roycroft has a BSc Hons in Equine Science and Management from Oxford Brookes University as well as certification from Prince II Foundation and Practitioner. Rebecca also went to St Mary's Shaftesbury for schooling.
