Dat Pham

Dat Pham has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Dat started their career as a Software Engineer at Enclave.Vietnam, where they designed flowcharts, developed modules, and researched new technologies. Dat then worked as an IT Manager at Camemis Co. Ltd, where they managed IT departments, troubleshooted networks and services, and developed IT systems and databases. Later, they served as an IT Manager at P&I VN, Danang, where they managed IT budgets, deployed products, and maintained documentation. Dat then joined SmartDev VN as an IT - DevOps member, where they built development environments, implemented IT infrastructure, and applied information security policies. After that, they worked as a Project Management Officer at Dallmeier Vietnam, where they managed projects. Most recently, they worked at MTI Technology as the Head of Dx and subsequently as the Head of Agile Delivery, where they led digital transformation initiatives, delivered agile solution strategies, facilitated strategy adoption, managed the sales plan, and achieved goals and KPIs.
