Serena Schamp

Serena Schamp has extensive experience in the food and inspection industries. As the business owner of Serena’s Food Hut since September 2000, Serena has successfully operated a full-service food truck across central Indiana, holding permits in 11 counties. In addition, Serena has served as a field inspector for Midwest Technical Inspections, Inc. since December 2008 and has been the owner of Dip Chick Dip since January 2008. Serena completed a degree at Marian University Indianapolis from 1985 to 1989.
