Samantha Woogerd began their work experience in 2003 at Microsoft as a Build Engineer, where they supported PM/Dev/Test to achieve continual progress in build and test results. Samantha also proposed and drove the development of an information management tool to streamline documentation for build scripts and processes. In 2005, they transitioned to the role of Program Manager, where they understood and advocated for users and successfully managed the on-time delivery of high-quality features. Samantha worked in this role until 2012. In 2011, Samantha joined MTM Robotics as the Chief Operations Officer, overseeing the manufacturing of aerospace tooling products and building and maintaining the operations and organizational infrastructure.
Samantha Woogerd has a diverse education history. In 1991, they enrolled at the University of Washington and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Visual Design, with a focus on Photography, Drawing, and Painting. Afterward, in 2003 and 2004, Samantha pursued their Master's degree in Technical Communication, specializing in User-Centered Design and Engineering. Samantha obtained this degree from the University of Washington as well. Later, in 2011, they attended the University of Washington once again to acquire a Certificate in Business Administration, concentrating on Business Administration and Management in general. In 2012, Samantha obtained a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from the University of Washington.
