Amirhossein Orouji

Amirhossein Orouji has a diverse work experience in telecommunications and technical engineering. Amirhossein started their career as an Electronic Technician at Samservice (Samsung) in 2001, where they became a Technical Team Leader and contributed to the upgrade of the repair shop. Amirhossein then worked as an RNO Engineer at Hamrahe Aval (MCI) from 2007 to 2009, where they led a technical team and developed Macros for exporting and analyzing KPIs and BSCs dumps.

Afterwards, they joined TAKFAM as a Drive Test & Site Survey Team Leader, setting a record of twenty one-site surveys in one day and improving CR implementation duration through the development of the "Command Creator" macro.

In 2009, they became an RND/RNO Engineer at Saudi Networkers Services - SNS, focusing on improving CSSR by 0.6%. Amirhossein then moved to Ericsson as an RND Engineer in 2010, where they played a key role in BSC/LAC dimensioning for the Ericsson region and contributed to the design of the MTN-IRC WCS project.

Amirhossein joined MTN Irancell in 2011 and held various positions, including Senior Optimization Specialist & Data Analyst, Regional Network Operations Director and Data Analyst, and currently the Operations Lead Solutions Architect & Data Analyst. In these roles, they have achieved notable accomplishments such as reducing Opex by 10%, improving network level by ~25%, and implementing innovative projects that contributed to network performance. Amirhossein has also published papers on throughput improvement in real networks.

Amirhossein Orouji holds a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence & Robotics from Azad University (IAU), starting in 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in English translation from Parsa University, Babolsar, from 2008 to 2010. In 2004 to 2006, they earned an Associate's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Islamic Azad University.
