Damian Lum

Damian Lum has over 19 years of experience in various roles, specializing in strategy, enterprise architecture, and IT transformation. Damian is currently serving as the Head of Data & Analytics at MTR Corporation Limited. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal CIO Advisory at Infosys Consulting and as the Director of IT Transformation at AXA. Damian has also held positions at The Hong Kong Jockey Club, SMS Management & Technology, Infosys Australia, Accenture, Aipex Consulting, National Australia Bank, and ANATAS. Throughout their career, Damian has demonstrated expertise in driving data-driven strategies, creating value through transformations, and increasing enterprise maturity.

Damian Lum completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree, specializing in a double degree program in Accounting & Finance and Computing Studies. This was attained from Oxford Brookes University between the years 1987 and 1990. Damian further pursued their studies at City, University of London, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Business Systems Analysis and Design from 1990 to 1991.
