Evangeline R. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial management and quantity surveying within the construction industry. Currently serving as a Senior Commercial Manager/Claims Manager at MTR Corporation Limited since April 2019, Evangeline has previously held the position of Commercial Manager at Laing O'Rourke from September 2017 to April 2019. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Quantity Surveyor at Laing O'Rourke from August 2010 to April 2017 and earlier positions at Bilfinger Berger and Laing O'Rourke.
