Bruce Paisley

Bruce Paisley is an experienced engineering professional specializing in quartz crystal manufacturing with a focus on military and space applications. Currently serving as the Process Engineering Manager for MtronPTI since March 2022, Bruce previously held senior engineering roles at Anderson Electronics LLC and Microchip Technology Inc., where responsibilities included design and process engineering for high-reliability crystal products. Bruce's extensive background includes positions at Vectron International and Corning Frequency Control, leading design and process initiatives under stringent quality systems such as AS9100. Bruce holds a Master's degree in Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Penn State University.
