Colleen Randall

Colleen Randall has been in the professional services and consulting industry since 1998. Colleen started their career at HTE as a Tax Billing/Appraisal Software Support Specialist. In 2000, they moved to Fiserv Imagesoft as a Nautilus Software Specialist and Nautilus Installation Engineer. In 2006, they were promoted to Senior Business Systems Consultant at Fiserv. In 2012, they took on the role of Lead Consultant, Nautilus Consulting & Implementations, while also becoming Nautilus Consulting Services Manager at Fiserv. In 2015, they moved to MTS Software Solutions as Principal - Director of Professional Services and Consulting, and Senior Technical Project Manager. Her roles at MTS include Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Business Process Automation (BPM) consulting and detailed solution design, as well as oversight of the delivery and support of customer solutions. Colleen is certified in CDIA, OnBase Workflow Engineering, OnBase WorkView Engineering, and OnBase Installation.

Colleen Randall attended Rollins College from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Organizational Communications/International Relations.
