Rios William Jr.

Rios William Jr. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product support and service management. Since October 2011, Rios serves as a Senior Product Support Manager at Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG, focusing on customer support for field issues related to marine, construction, and industrial applications. Prior to this role, Rios was a Service Manager at Detroit Diesel Allison from June 1991 to September 2011, overseeing service and warranty departments for various product lines and managing technicians and clerical staff. Rios began a career in the US Army Corps of Engineers as a Senior Power Generation Technician and Squad Leader from June 1984 to May 1991. Rios holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico, obtained between 1991 and 1996.
