Francis Angel Lim Reyes

Francis Angel Lim Reyes, CPA, CMA has a strong background in accounting and auditing. Francis Angel Lim started their career in 2009 as a Senior Associate Auditor at SyCip Gorres Velayo & Co, where they handled financial audits for various clients and also assisted with special engagements such as Initial Public Offerings. Francis Angel Lim then worked as an Accounting Manager at Belle Corporation, where they oversaw financial reporting activities and managed external and internal audits.

After that, Francis joined Deloitte & Touche (M.E.) as a Senior Auditor, where they conducted financial audits for clients in industries such as transportation, oil and gas, and fertilizers. Francis Angel Lim contributed to defining audit strategies and identifying potential risks.

Currently, Francis serves as the Chief Accountant - Financial Reporting and Control at Mubadala Petroleum. In this role, they ensure compliance with internal control over financial reporting regulations and manages month-end and year-end closing procedures for various accounting functions.

Francis Angel Lim Reyes, CPA, CMA completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Santo Tomas from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Benigno S. Aquino National High School from 2001 to 2005. They obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from the Philippine Professional Regulations Commission in 2009 and the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from Certified Management Accountant: CMA® in 2019.
