Zeena Rimba

Zeena Rimba has extensive experience in human resources and risk management, currently serving as a Business Process Improvement, Risk Management, and Audit specialist at Mubadala Energy since November 2012. Responsibilities include managing risk across the business unit, coordinating audit activities, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Zeena's previous roles at Mubadala include Internal Auditor, HR Coordinator for Remuneration and System management, and Acting HR Manager. Prior to Mubadala, Zeena worked as Supervisor of Human Resources at HCML, overseeing HR activities and general affairs, and held various positions at CNOOC Southeast Sumatera, where responsibilities encompassed manpower planning, staffing, and employee development. Zeena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
