Barbara Schwaiger-Modl

Barbara Schwaiger-Modl has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior HR Expert at Mubea Carbo Tech GmbH since September 2018, focusing on HR projects, employer branding, talent acquisition, and performance management. Previously, as Personalleiterin at BENTELER Group from June 2010 to August 2018, Barbara was instrumental in establishing strategic HR functions at the Salzburg site. Earlier roles include Head of Corporate HR at KEYMILE, HR-Manager Austria/CEEU at Computer Associates, HR Executive Austria/Poland at Wyeth-Lederle Pharma GmbH, HR-Consultant Austria/CEEU at NCR Corporation, and a marketing position at Österreichische Volksbanken AG. Barbara holds a Master's degree in International Business from WU Vienna and a Matura from Handelsakademie.
