Thidcharat Namprampree

Thidcharat Namprampree serves as the Operation and Quality Management System General Manager at Mubea since November 2021, bringing extensive experience in quality management and operational leadership. Previously, Thidcharat held the title of Senior Quality Director (Global) at Linxens (Thailand) Co., Ltd from March 2019 to October 2021 and worked at Tenneco from October 2000 to March 2015 in various roles, including Operation Director for Emission Control & Program Management Ride Control, where responsibilities included aligning operations with Tenneco standards, seeking new business opportunities, and ensuring cost-effective quality sourcing. Thidcharat possesses strong expertise in financial management, CAPEX optimization, and process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma, with notable achievements including the launch of a Nissan small car exhaust system program across Thailand, China, and India. Thidcharat holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Project Management from The Australian National University and has a foundational background in physical sciences and secondary education in science.
