Magali Rodríguez Palomar has extensive experience in customer success and excellence, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Mudafy since March 2022. Prior roles include Customer Excellence Lead at Nu and Head of Customer Success at Meru.com. Magali also held various positions at OYO México, DiDi, Banco Azteca, Uber, Telcel, and CONDUSEF, demonstrating a consistent focus on improving customer service and operational efficiency. With a degree in Economics from Facultad de Economia UNAM and currently pursuing a postgraduate specialization in Gender in Economics at UNAM, Magali combines academic knowledge with practical expertise in the financial services and technology sectors.
