Sofía Martínez

Sofía Martínez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent and culture management. Currently serving as the Regional Talent & Culture Lead and People & Culture Lead at Mudafy since July 2020, Sofía previously worked as an Auxiliar de educación especial at both Centro Integrado Arco Iris and AUPA from March 2019 to July 2020. Sofía holds a Licenciatura en Psicología from the University of Buenos Aires, completed in 2018, and pursued further education through the Programa Ejecutivo en People Experience, Gestión y servicios de recursos humanos at Universidad del CEMA in 2021. Additionally, Sofía obtained a Bachiller bilingüe in Humanidades y Ciencias Sociales from Saint Matthew's College (Olivos) in 2010.
