Todd Garing

Todd Garing is an experienced professional in the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design field, currently serving as President and Vice President of Mueller Associates since January 2007. In this role, Todd manages interdisciplinary teams on various design and construction projects for institutional clients, including colleges, universities, museums, and libraries. Prior to this, Todd was a Project Manager at Mueller Associates, Inc., overseeing a team of engineers for notable projects such as the Walters Art Museum and Enoch Pratt Free Library. Todd's career began at The Garing Corporation, a family business, where initial roles included laborer and ultimately Project Manager. Todd holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering with a Mechanical Emphasis from Penn State University, completed in 1993.
