Michael Saunders

Michael Saunders has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and technology. Michael is currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Mueller Water Products since April 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Technology Officer, i2O brand at Mueller Water Products from June 2021 to March 2023.

Before joining Mueller Water Products, Michael worked at i2O for a significant period. Michael served as the Chief Technology Officer from June 2019 to June 2021, Chief Software Architect from September 2017 to June 2019, and Head of Software Development from June 2011 to September 2017.

In their earlier career, Michael worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Bottomline Technologies from October 2006 to August 2010, and at FormScape from May 2005 to October 2006.

Michael began their career at IBM Global Services, where they worked as a Lead Developer & Application Technical Design Authority from September 2000 to May 2005.

From 1997 to 2000, Michael Saunders attended Coventry University, where they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
