Yubo Pei has a strong educational background in electrical engineering. They obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in EE from Beijing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics in 1994. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Control, Signal Processing at Beijing University of Aeronaotics & Astronautics from 1994 to 1997.
