Deepthi Krishnan

Deepthi Krishnan is an experienced professional in talent learning and culture, currently serving as the Talent Learning and Culture Leader at MUFG Global Services since July 2024. Prior to this role, Deepthi was the Vice President of Talent Culture & Inclusion Global Solutions at Swiss Re from July 2023 to June 2024, and held various positions at Swiss Re from November 2018 to October 2022, focusing on people and culture development as well as inclusion and diversity in the APAC region. Deepthi's experience also includes serving as the Learning, Leadership & Talent Development Manager at Wells Fargo from May 2015 to October 2018, where responsibilities encompassed conceptualizing and implementing impactful learning and organizational development initiatives. Earlier, Deepthi held roles at EMC, including Senior Learning Development Consultant, responsible for professional development and internal consulting, and HR Executive, managing recruitment activities. Deepthi began the career as an Associate Recruiter at EmmayHR and a Management Trainee at CorporateConnexions. Deepthi holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Bangalore University.
