Naoto Yamaguchi

Naoto Yamaguchi is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and quality control within the banking sector. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of the IT Planning Department in the Information Systems Planning Division at MUFG since May 2021, Naoto has demonstrated expertise in developing IT strategies for the organization. Previously, as Director and Team Head of the Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams at Union Bank, Naoto focused on quality management within the IT Department from March 2017 to July 2022. Naoto's career at MUFG began in April 2002, progressing from an Associate in software engineering and sales to roles as Manager and Senior Manager, emphasizing IT planning and investment budget management. Naoto holds a Master's degree in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Yamaguchi University.
