Mike McGee

Mike McGee has over 8 years of experience in the retail industry. Mike began their career in 2013 as a Desktop Support Intern at Under Armour. Mike then progressed to become a Business Intelligence Analyst and a Sr. Business Performance Management Analyst at the same company. In 2017, they joined Lands' End as an Associate Merchandise Manager, and was promoted to Merchandise Manager and Senior Merchandise Manager. In 2021, they were appointed as the Director of Customer Experience at Mugsy Jeans. During their time at Lands' End, Mike McGee supported operations strategy, aided product and business counterparts to ensure that all service level KPIs were analyzed and measured, analyzed and documented go-to-market processes in order to expand and globalize the business, and ensured all stakeholders were aligned with processes and all dates and timelines were clearly communicated.

Mike McGee attended La Salle College High School from 2005 to 2009 and then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County from 2009 to 2013.
