Jessica Heffner

Jessica Heffner has extensive experience in human resources, having held various roles in the field since 1997. Their most recent position was as the Human Resources Director at Muhlenberg School District, starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Director at Encompass Health from August 2021 to August 2022. Jessica also worked as the Director of Human Resources at Owen J. Roberts School District from August 2011 to August 2019. Throughout their career, Jessica has worked in roles such as Human Resources Manager, Supervisor of Human Resources, and Manager of Employee Relations.

Jessica Heffner has a strong educational background in the field of education and leadership. From 2012 to 2019, they attended Immaculata University and obtained a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree with a focus on Educational Leadership and Administration. Prior to that, they attended Alvernia University from 2004 to 2005, where they earned an MBA degree in Human Resources.
